RC Capital is a private “hard money” lender, based in Baltimore, Maryland. After years of experience investing in real estate, we started this business to be completely opposite of most other private lenders.
For starters, we’ll never charge pre-payment penalties, junk fees, nor to inspect your property. We’re in this business to build long term relationships with our clients, help them grow, and be part of their team.

We Lend Our Own Money
Private money loans are not for everyone, and not everyone will qualify. However, for many real estate investors private lending provides a fast and nimble source of capital not available from typical banks.
We lend our own money and do not sell our loans on the secondary markets. Instead, we decide which loans to fund based on our own risk tolerance, and investment lending experience.
